Employment Opportunities

Teaching, administrative, and staff positions are posted as they become available.

Sunshine Cottage School for Deaf Children is currently accepting applications for the following positions:

  • Part Time Music
    Teacher to work two days per week. Must have a valid Texas teaching certificate in the subject and level of assignment.
  • Full Time Librarian
    Must have Master’s degree in library science and possess a Texas Library certification.
  • Teacher Assistant
    Must have experience working in an early childhood and/or elementary setting. Minimum high school diploma or GED required; some college hours preferred; must be computer literate.
